Welcome Koda!

Yes, Maximus’ seizure was terrifying, and we are so grateful it happened while she was with an experienced dog trainer, who also boards short and long term.

While there, Maximus made a friend. Koda is the sweetest, 8-year-old chow, and she and Maximus have developed quite a little friendship.

Koda was a farm dog for many years, and her humans were older. After they died, she temporarily stayed with our trainer. One year later, it seems we may be the perfect match.

She is teaching Maximus how to behave like a proper dog, has practiced using the dog door, and is growing more and more comfortable around power tools.
